Refund Policy

At House of Custom, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom garments and accessories. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy once an order is placed. Please read the following policies carefully to understand our terms regarding manufacturing orders, order modifications, and customer responsibilities.
1. No Refunds:
•Once an order is placed, there are no refunds. All sales are final.
2. Minimum Order Quantities:
•All manufacturing orders must meet the minimum order quantities specified at the time of ordering.
3. Variability in Final Outcomes:
•As we work with various fabrics, materials, and craftsmen, the final outcomes of the products may vary. Factors such as environmental conditions, weather, man hours, efforts, colors, and textures can influence the final product.
4. No Adjustments or Alterations:
•Once items are manufactured, there can be no adjustments, alterations, or changes to the product.
5. Post-Sale Modifications:
•Any modifications to the products after the sale is completed will incur additional costs based on the required work, time, and other factors.
6. Delayed Submissions:
•If the customer delays in providing the final designs or necessary details, a compensation fee of $500 per day will be charged. This fee covers business losses and operational delays, as we aim to complete all manufacturing orders within 90-120 days from the date of payment.
7. Submission Requirements:
•Customers must submit all designs, pictures of items, and other necessary details at the time of invoicing. Any changes after payment will incur additional costs.
8. Communication Protocol:
•Only the invoice will determine the scope of work based on item pictures.
9. Conduct and Compensation:
•Any intimidation or misconduct towards our staff, managers, workers, or stakeholders will not be tolerated. In such cases, customers will be liable for damages.
